SpiceJet announced its order of 30 Boeing
SpiceJet has recently announced its order of 30 Boeing Next_generation 737-800, that will further boost SpiceJet's domestic network with enhanced regional connectivity as well as support the launch of international destinations.
It has recently announced its order of 30 new aircraft with Boeing and is looking at a fleet size about 75 aircraft by 2013 to support its route expansion plans.
“We want to increase passengers' willingness and ability to travel by offering a low cost option that is easy to access. The new Next Generation 737 aircraft will help us make low-cost travel easily available across domestic network and will also support the launch of out international destinations,” said Niel Mills, CEO of SpiceJet.
Boeing will deliver SpiceJet's Next-Generation 737-800s with all-new 737 Boeing Sky Interior. The interior promises to redefine the travel experience for SpiceJet passengers, who will enjoy the modern, sculpted side-walls and window reveals and larger stow bins that are standard with the new interior.
